Scott Majors Photography

If a picture is worth a thousand words, each Scott Majors Photography piece is an encyclopedia, defining multiple narratives within a single frame and providing both the subject and viewer with an unparalleled emotional depth and visual experience. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Scott’s work combines nearly two decades of photography experience with his own unique sense of composition and style, yielding a stunning portfolio filled with commissioned works, commercial pieces, gallery exhibitions and personal endeavors alike. He is a consummate Coloradoan; a lover of nature and animals, an explorer of wilderness, and a craftsman of culture, all of which is evident within his work that confidently spans the genres of landscape stills, pet photography, product photography, wedding and lifestyle photography, live music venue imagery and Americana.

Scott’s work has found homes within The Loveland Reporter-Herald, The Canon City Daily Record, The Colorado Springs Business Journal, and The Colorado Springs Center for Nonprofit, to name a few. The Colorado Mesa journalism graduate has also been featured prominently in Colorado Springs Magazine, on the office walls of HUB International Insurance Brokers and Consultants and by other clients within both the traditional media and social media avenues, as well as commercial packaging and tradeshow collateral.

Product photography has also been a muse for Scott Majors, having been entrusted to capture everything from locally distilled Axe and the Oak Whiskey to Class III Weaponry and Vehicles for national firearms publication Recoil Magazine and upscale Downtown Colorado Springs haunts such as The Famous, Springs Orleans, The Antlers Hotel, The Gold Room and the Mining Exchange.

Recently, he has begun to explore film, providing additional photography for a feature length picture to be released in 2017/18.
